June Book: Biography of. Silence by Pablo d’ors

Join us for an afternoon of connection, reflection, and gentle restoration under the open sky (weather permitting). Our Backyard Book Club blends thoughtful conversation with calming practices, creating space to both engage the mind and nourish the spirit.

We’ll begin by gathering in community to explore themes from our selected book—sharing insights, perspectives, and meaningful dialogue in a relaxed, welcoming setting. From there, we’ll transition into a guided meditation to help you settle, soften, and integrate what’s arisen.

The afternoon will close with a Reiki circle, offering gentle energy healing to support balance, release, and deep relaxation.

Bring a journal, lunch, and an open heart. This is a space to slow down, connect, and be held in community.

All are welcome—no prior experience with meditation or Reiki needed.
