This class combines elements of acro yoga with the joy of connecting physically and emotionally. Designed for parents (or caregivers) with children any age, this class focuses on fun, trust-building, and teamwork.
You’ll learn foundational acro poses, including basic lifts, balances, and flows, all in a safe and supportive environment. With guidance from an experienced instructor, both parent and child will engage in partner poses, acrobatics, and stretches, all while fostering communication, trust, and confidence.

Thai Massage & Acro with Eugene Feis
This workshop will cover the very basics of compassionate touch through Thai Massage. You will work together with a partner ( option to bring someone or get paired up ). Thai Massage is often referred to as “Lazy Man” Yoga or the “Buddhas Massage”. All beginners are welcome to join as are massage therapists and yoga teachers. Partners will work on each other in a set sequence of poses, stretching and using appropriate body weight to assist in a deeper expression of the practice. Once we are stretched, we will cover a beginner friendly intro to Acro, again through partner work to finish the workshop.

Dharma yoga is based on the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra. It is derived from various practices with a focus on the Eight Limbs of Yoga. The principles of Dharma yoga are rooted in the classical system of hatha-raja yoga and the practice should move the practitioner closer to the goal of self-realization.
Eugene combines the physical aspects of yoga with its health and well-being aspects and grounds his practice in the traditional, ethical rules which dictate that each posture be a dedication to the good energy that is alive and within each of us.
