Parent & Me Acro with Eugene Feis
This class combines elements of acro yoga with the joy of connecting physically and emotionally. Designed for parents (or caregivers) with children any age, this class focuses on fun, trust-building, and teamwork.
You’ll learn foundational acro poses, including basic lifts, balances, and flows, all in a safe and supportive environment. With guidance from an experienced instructor, both parent and child will engage in partner poses, acrobatics, and stretches, all while fostering communication, trust, and confidence.

Mythbusters: Debunking Yoga Alignment Myths with Joanna Asher & Irene Suba
“Square your hips”, “shoulders down”, "tuck your tailbone”: What do these cues really mean, and when are they appropriate to use? Understanding the anatomy behind the movement will help teachers sharpen their skills, and help both students and teachers refine their practice. Teachers will leave with a new toolbox of cues, assists, and practical knowledge to confidently guide their students and provide more informed support.
