This workshop will cover the basics of compassionate touch through Thai Massage. You will work together with a partner ( option to bring someone or get paired up ). Thai Massage is often referred to as “Lazy Man” Yoga or the “Buddhas Massage”. All beginners are welcome to join as are massage therapists and yoga teachers. Partners will work on each other in a set sequence of poses, stretching and using appropriate body weight to assist in a deeper expression of the practice. Once we are stretched, we will cover a beginner friendly intro to Acro, again through partner work to finish the workshop.

Eugene Feis is a Dharma Yoga® Center, NYC, certified teacher and has been practicing yoga for over 25 years.
He is also certified in Hot Yoga, Hatha and holds a 500 hour Barkan Method certification, having trained directly with Jimmy Barkan.
