Energy work, Sound and Yoga Nidra This workshop is designed to gently guide the body out of stress and into safety in a space where you feel fully supported.
Through intentional breathwork, grounding Jin Shin Jyutsu holds, restorative yoga postures, hands on Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and therapeutic sound, participants will regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect to a deep sense of calm. Join us for an evening of deep relaxation where the mind softens, the body relaxes and the song of the heart becomes clearer.
This workshop is open to everyone, no previous experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing, bring your water bottle and if you’d like a favorite blanket (optional).
