Training FAQs
-
Not at all! While we recommend having at least a year of consistent yoga practice, this training is for anyone who feels called to dive deeper—whether you're looking to teach or simply expand your knowledge. If you love yoga and are committed to the journey, you belong here. The most important prerequisite is an open heart and a willingness to learn.
-
Many students join the training simply to deepen their personal practice, and that's completely valid! While we do teach you how to become a confident instructor, plenty of graduates choose not to teach professionally. This training is as much about personal transformation and self-discovery as it is about teaching certification. We also offer a Yoga Enrichment Program option for those who want the experience without the certification.
-

We understand that life happens. Attendance for all scheduled dates is required to complete the certification, but we handle missed sessions on a case-by-case basis. You may be able to make up missed hours through private sessions with instructors, approved workshops, or other arrangements (additional costs may apply). Please note that per our student agreement, there are no refunds, training transfers, or other options once you've enrolled.
-

You'll also learn from diverse guest teachers who are specialists in their fields, including Thai massage, Ayurveda, and more.
